Supporting the Board is the Cockburn Bowling Club standing committee which is responsible for the coordination and delivery of all bowling-related activities within the club. This committee oversees the planning of pennants, social bowls, tournaments, coaching programs and member development initiatives. They work closely with volunteers, players, and operational staff to ensure greens are well-maintained, competitions are well-run, and players at all levels feel supported and engaged. Their focus is on fostering participation, strengthening club spirit and creating enjoyable, inclusive bowling experiences for the community.

The club also employs a General Manager who oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility and leads a team of staff across various departments, including hospitality, administration, maintenance and events. The General Manager ensures the smooth running of services, supports volunteers and committees, implements Board directives and drives continuous improvement in member experience and operational efficiency. Their role is central to maintaining a professional, welcoming environment and ensuring the club operates effectively for members, guests and the wider community.
